Book a virtual appointment with a consultant

To ensure we keep our patients and colleagues as safe as possible it is highly likely that your appointment will take place by telephone or video giving you the convenience and same fast access to our consultants without the need to travel to a Spire hospital.

If we feel that a virtual consultation would not be appropriate for your symptoms or concerns we'll contact you to confirm arrangements for a face to face appointment.

If you need tests following your virtual consultation you might need to attend the hospital where you'll have your temperature taken on arrival and be asked a few short screening questions to check for any Covid symptoms including:

  • recent onset of a new continuous cough
  • a high temperature
  • a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

If you have any of these symptoms, your face to face appointment will be cancelled and you will need to ring 111 for further management of your symptoms.

Please do not attend the hospital if you develop, or have had recent contact with anyone with the Covid symptoms listed above.

Please read the latest coronavirus (COVID-19) information and learn more about virtual consultations.

You can book appointments for yourself or for someone else using this online booking service. If you wish to book a follow up appointment, please contact the hospital to make these arrangements.

To book online and secure an appointment you will need to pay at the time of booking. Once you’ve chosen your appointment slot it will be held for 20 minutes while you complete the details needed to confirm.

We accept Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards.
